Timeless Rose Creations-Pacific Crisis Fundraiser

In SL we prove over and over how very generous our residents can be and at times like this, given the recent catastrophic events the people of Japan have had to endure since March 11th’s massive 9.0 earthquake shook their world. As if the earthquake were not enough for these gentle people to deal with, the movement of the earth also generated the horrendous tsunami that wiped out complete towns and thousands of people, 5700 have been found dead at last count according to my local news. 😦 And now with a nuclear disaster there seeming almost imminent, all I can say is that the people of Japan are in my daily prayers and my heart is broken at the havoc taking place across their wonderful country. I have seen such tragic pictures on the news and also seen miracles, like the 4 month old baby found in a pile of rubble on the flooded land. I also watched as a Japanese family insisted that one reporter share their bread with her as she protested, they said they had more than they needed and insisted that the reporter eat. That is the generous nature of the Japanese people and as they struggle to eat, stay warm and remain alive, I just want to applaud all the very generous designers and creators who are giving their donations of clothing, shapes, skins, poses and anything else that they can to help during this time of great need in Japan. One of these fundraising organizations is The Pacific Crisis Fundraiser. 100% of the proceeds from these items from Timeless Rose Creations will go to americares.org !!!And one of the generous creators involved in Pacific Crisis Fundraiser is my very own SL daughter, Aine Auer, owner/creator at Timeless Rose Creations.  I can go on and on telling you how generous and talented she is but I prefer to just show you:)

In these photos I am in *TRC* Ishiko Shape. This shape is sporty, short to medium height with an ample, but not overly ample bust and trim hips.

The face is heart shaped with high cheekbones and full, bow shaped lips that are kissable and sexy!

The bootay is shapely and perky with legs that are lightly muscled and athletic.

On my head I am wearing *TRC* Buns&Curls in Red and I love this adorable updo! One single red rose adorns the top of the bun and the bangs are cut straight across and curled under tight.

2 ringlets sit in front of the ears prettily. This updo is so retro and reminds me of the way Lucille Ball wore her hair, especially in the red I chose to wear here. Buns&Curls also comes in Blonde, Black, Brown and Gray! Oh and there is also a men’s shape and cool mohawk (not shown ) for the guys !!

Alli&Ali Stylish & Sassy Styles – Fabienne, Sera & Hilda!

Alli&Ali has some gorgeous hairstyles and today I am showcasing three of them. Firstly Fabienne is a gorgeous long, over the shoulder hairstyle with a knit beret. Very stylish and chic, Fabienne looks great with so many outfits.

Fabienne has all the beret colors shown here plus 5 more, so you can match whatever you’re wearing. The hair is in Dark Brown.

I do so adore berets, don’t you? Oui !!

Fabienne is slightly wavy and cascades gorgeously over the shoulder. Love it !

Next up is lovely Sera shown in Dark Rose.

Wavy, shoulder length pullback with a poof on the crown, Sera is a sweetly sexy style that I adore. You can wear it with a casual outfit or go out on the town in a formal. Sera will fit in no matter what.

And last but not least……I am wearing Hilda….a messy, modern updo with lots of long curly tendrils to frame the face, falling from a sidepart. This is another awesome style from Alli&Ali that can be worn with a formal or casual ensemble and I just love that ! Shown in Bronze, Honey and Toffee.

It Almost Feels Like Spring With Shabby Chic & Plume !

Do you know how sometimes you find a great gown and aren’t sure which hairstyle will go with it ? Well, today I bought this gown at Shabby Chic, because it was so pretty and I’m a sucker for a bustle 😉

…..so then I got this notice from Plume and they could not have matched my gown with their hair any better if it had  been custom ordered. Plume has  taken all the guess work out of which hair to wear for me today!

This Shabby Chic Princess Cake Topper Gown &  Plume Mademoiselle Butterfly Hair have made me actually believe that Spring is right around the corner 😀

This pink and yellow satin gown has a plunging neckline, puffy short sleeves with ruffles and yellow bows, lace insert at the bottom of the bustle and beautiful yellow flower bouquet and bow at the bustle top, with pearls across the midriff. The name is perfect for this confection-like gown.

The Plume Mademoiselle Butterfly is a delicious, rolled updo with butterfly bows accenting this delicate hairstyle. Perfect for Spring and awesome with the gown. I love it when things just flow so smoothly, don’t you?

WAKA & Yuki Creative Hairstyle’s New Releases-

I discovered WAKA & Yuki Creative Hairstyle about 8 months ago and have loved it ever since. They create some gorgeous styles and today I am going to show you a few new releases. W&Y has all kinds of hairstyles, long and short, from everyday to runway hairs, but today I am showing you two everyday hairs first.

Above I am wearing W&Y Hair New 149, a stylish, thick ponytail with a color changing barrette. The ponytail itself is very full, wavy and moves perfectly.

From the front this ponytail style has gently parted bangs and wisps of hair in front of each ear, framing the face. W&Y Hair New 149 is shiny and lustrous, just the way healthy hair should be.

The hair changes shades and so does the cute barrette…so you can match whatever you’re wearing.

The barrette changes to Pink, VioletRed, Gold, Orange, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Purple, Turquoise, Lime and , of course White and Black! So lots of lovely choices. Now on to the next hairstyle.
